About the event
The Smithers Art Gallery is proud to present three artists in February 2026: Marjorie Butler, Veronica Walker, and Shannon Goodhead.
Shannon Goodhead’s exhibition Between Chaos and Calm will be featured in the Mini Gallery. Her latest body of work blends the fluid unpredictability of acrylic pours with impressionist-inspired landscapes and life in the north. Each painting explores the tension between chaos and calm, capturing the natural world as both untamed and enduring.
Visitors are invited to view all three exhibitions throughout the month and to celebrate with the artists at the opening reception on Friday, February 27, from 7–9 PM. Exhibition Dates: February 25 – March 28, 2026
