Thank you for supporting my artwork. Below you’ll find information about how I handle shipping for original paintings, fine art prints, and Artful Goods.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Custom orders or pre-orders may take longer; estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.
     

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination.

  • Artwork and prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

  • A tracking number will be provided whenever available.
     

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Most items ship from within Canada.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location, typically 3–10 business days after dispatch.
     

International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delivery times vary by country and may take longer due to customs processing.
     

Original Artwork

  • Original paintings are packaged with extra care and may require additional handling time.

  • In some cases, oversized works may require special shipping arrangements. If so, I will contact you directly after purchase.
     

Damaged Shipments
Local Pickup (Optional)

  • If you are located in [Smithers/Northern BC area], local pickup may be available for original artworks. Please contact me to arrange details.
