This website and its content are owned by Shannon Goodhead. All artwork, images, and text are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

2. Products & Availability

• All artworks and products listed are subject to availability.

• Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

• I reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products at any time.
   

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

• Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.

• Orders are not final until full payment has been received.
   

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

• Once shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

• Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees on international orders.
   

5. Returns & Refunds

• Original artworks, fine art prints, and Artful Goods are final sale unless damaged in transit.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can arrange a replacement or refund.

• Event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest.
   

6. Events & Workshops

• By registering for events, you agree to follow all safety guidelines provided.

• I reserve the right to refuse service if behaviour is disrespectful or unsafe.

• Event details may change due to unforeseen circumstances, but I will notify registrants as soon as possible.
   

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including artwork images, product descriptions, and logos, remains the property of Shannon Goodhead. You may not reproduce, sell, or use any content without written consent.
