Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork. Each piece is created with care, and I want you to enjoy your purchase with confidence. Please read the refund policy below.

Original Artwork & Prints
  • All sales of original artwork and fine art prints are final.

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind or personal preference.
     

Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@shannongoodhead.ca

  • To help process your claim, please include photos of the damage to both the product and the packaging.

  • If damage is confirmed, I will arrange either a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
     

Artful Goods (Notebooks, Postcards, Bags, etc.)
  • Sales of Artful Goods are also final, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The same process for damaged items (7-day window, photos required) applies.

 

Event Tickets & Workshops
  • Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend.

  • If an event is cancelled by me, you will receive a full refund or credit.
