Thank you for supporting my artwork. Each piece is created with care, and I want you to enjoy your purchase with confidence. Please read the refund policy below.

Original Artwork & Prints

All sales of original artwork and fine art prints are final.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@shannongoodhead.ca

To help process your claim, please include photos of the damage to both the product and the packaging.

If damage is confirmed, I will arrange either a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
Artful Goods (Notebooks, Postcards, Bags, etc.)

Sales of Artful Goods are also final, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

The same process for damaged items (7-day window, photos required) applies.
Event Tickets & Workshops

Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend.

If an event is cancelled by me, you will receive a full refund or credit.
